Plumbing Camera Inspection in Guelph

Camera inspection typically costs $200 to $400 depending on the scope of the inspection. When performed as part of drain cleaning service, the fee is often reduced or included in the total cost.

A small, waterproof camera on a flexible cable is inserted into your drain or sewer line. The camera transmits real-time video to a monitor, and a built-in locator helps us pinpoint problem areas from above ground so we know exactly where issues are located.

Camera inspection works on most drain and sewer lines 2 inches in diameter and larger, as long as there's an accessible entry point. Very small lines or pipes with severe blockages may need to be cleared first.

Highly recommended, especially for properties over 20-30 years old. Sewer line replacement can cost $5,000 to $20,000 or more. A camera inspection before purchase can reveal costly problems the home inspection might miss.
